Erica's food, 7/9/08, no pics.

breakfast: Carnation Instant Breakfast made with skim milk, whole wheat bagel + creamcheese.

lunch: 3 pieces of left over pizza and Hyvee diet cola. I made the pizza myself using Hyvee crust mix, Hyvee pizza sauce, cheese, and pineapples.

snack: About 1/4 of a bittersweet chocolate bar filled with hazelnuts.

dinner: I didn't really eat dinner. I had a piece of homemade whole wheat bread with butter and honey at about 5:00 and then at about 9:30 I had 3 pieces of homemade white bread with butter and a beer. And then at about 11:30 I had a plum.
Breakfast: ~8am

Standard breakfast again, I cook the egg whites with olive oil.

Coffee: 9:15am

You might notice that these pics look awfly familiar. I have standard foods and I want some standard pictures too. It makes these posts a lot easier to write.

Lunch: 12:30pm

I was thinking about a spinach salad again, but I saw there was some mediterranean orzo soup and got that with some flatbread. My first picture of the soup didn't display the contents. It was a 16oz container.

Snack: 3:30pm

I forgot to bring in my cheese again, so I picked up some tofu at lunch and had another banana.

Dinner: 9:15pm

I got home late and was too tired to make anything, then I realized I wasn't really that hungry, so I had my tomatoes.

Binge: 10:30

5 pieces of this candy, a sixth of an ounce of organic dark chocolate [not pictured yet] and about a third of a left-over burrito from Denica's [no picture possible]. Why is this a binge? Why isn't it pictured? I was feeling really bad last night, really really shitty, and I had the candy first, then the chocolate, and I was crashing from the sugar, so I needed something more substancial. I went for the string cheese I have, but saw the left over burrito container and ate that instead. It wasn't enough protien to balance me out, and I still ended up taking some melatonin to get to bed. I wasn't going to post this, but I'm glad I did.
