I'm more of a grazer...

...so my posts might be annoying to try to follow because there are so many pictures. I tried to make the pictures as small as possible. Anywho, here it is:

Breakfast: 5:45 a.m. Days that I run in the morning I have a Cliff Bar or something like that (for a while I drank "Boost") because it's enough calories to sustain me on my run, and also has protein/fiber/other healthy stuff. I just don't wake up early enough to digest much food before the run so that I don't get cramping. This seems to do the trick. I also drank some calorie-free gatorade or whatever it is before and after my run.

Lunch. 11:45 a.m. Mexican rice that I got from Whole Foods (Urs inspired me to frequent Whole Foods more, which is bad :P ). It has refried beans, black beans, rice, corn cheese, sour cream, tomatoes, onions, cilantro...and other stuff. I ate about a 4th of it or so, and had it with a diet cherry coke. Yum.

Snack. 2:00-4:00 I had one bar (there are two per serving). Really yummy. I love Kashi food products. I also had a mouthful of goldfish, and Spearmint Tazo tea with a packet of honey.

Dinner: 8:30-10:00 or so. Like I said, I'm a grazer. I had 3 stoneground Kashi crackers slathered with crab artichoke dip, three olives with a tablespoon of blue cheese crumbles, turkey chilli from whole foods (half of that container) with a tablespoon of sour cream, a piece of cornbread and a tablespoon of Beemster XO cheese (extra old). For "dessert" I had two bites of this whole foods sticky rice and Mango dish that was disappointing. In the future I will concoct my own chili and sticky rice and mango, although the chili was delightful I didn't need to pay $5 for it.
