Erica's food, 7/14/08.

Breakfast: Carnation Instant Breakfast, plain bagel + cream cheese.

Lunch: Left over Chinese, bean curd homestyle. Basically it was tofu stir fried with mini corn, snap peas, onion, green pepper, broccoli, and brown sauce. I mix it with rice. Diet Pepsi Max.

Dinner: More left over Chinese. I love that they give you so much food you can make it into 3 or 4 meals. Milk.

Snack: A handful of jalapeƱo Cheetos. This is a major weakness of mine.

Damn, now I'm hungry again.

Sorta More Normal

Breakfast: 7:30 or something


Lunch: 11 or maybe noon

I had three quarters of this pizza and about a third of this salad for lunch.

Snack: 3pm
Remainder of lunch

Dinner/Grazing: 8:30-9:30, I went to a Unitarian meeting tonight, so food was a little weird.

A Mexican soda


I had about 5 of these, and a couple of apple slices with salt on them. I saw another person do that with the apples, tried it, and found it most satisfactory.


I had a cupcake at the end of the night.
