Home Sick

Breakfast: 9-10am

Some orange juice [not pictured] and scrambled eggs and potatoes from Whole Foods, after my doctor appointment. I also had some of that immunity stuff and then went to bed.

Mid-Day Eating: 2 or 3pm

I got up and had more immunity stuff, more orange juice, and this muffin that the apartment people gave me earlier in the day.

Evening Eating: 10pm

I had my standard breakfast food with a piece of string cheese and an extra piece of bread to make a sandwich. I also had more orange juice before going to bed for the evening. I was nervous that I wouldn't feel better the next day, but thankfully, I did.

I'm doing something new

And I need you guys to badger me. I NEED to start cooking because 1) I'm a good cook and 2) I eat every meal out and this needs to stop because I'm letting money flow through my fingers like water. So. I am striving to prepare 12 meals a week. This would be a huge improvement over now, where I prepare 0 meals a week. Ha. No, wait. That's not funny. Plus I have this kickass windowsill garden where I have access to fresh herbs, tomatoes, stawberries, and such. I have no excuses!

Be mean. Or stern. Or whatever. I just need to be better about my food.
